This stunning holiday home sits along the River Cere in Port De Gagnac, in the north of the Department of the Lot, close to the Correze Border and River Dordogne.
The house boasts fabulous views of the river and surrounding country side of small hamlets and houses. Large secluded south facing terraces and gardens are perfect for that family barbecue and relaxing evenings spent watching the sun set over the water and the hills beyond. If you are holidaying in July you may also experience the Bastille Day celebrations on the 14th July in the Village of Beaulieu culminating in the firework display on the river bank. In August the village of Gagnac has a Fete.
Three spacious bedrooms: master with on suite shower room (access to rear
terrace) and two twin rooms with a large family bathroom and extra toilet.
To enjoy the lot scenery the house also provides a large terrace area with
outside dining furniture, recliners and the use of a BBQ, this can be
