   This stunning holiday home sits along the River Cere in Port De Gagnac, in the north of the Department of the Lot, close to the Correze Border and River Dordogne.
The house boasts fabulous views of the river and surrounding country side of small hamlets and houses. Large secluded south facing terraces and gardens are perfect for that family barbecue and relaxing evenings spent watching the sun set over the water and the hills beyond. If you are holidaying in July you may also experience the Bastille Day celebrations on the 14th July in the Village of Beaulieu culminating in the firework display on the river bank. In August the village of Gagnac has a Fete.

The kitchen and dining area both provide beautiful views of the River Cere and the back drop of rolling hills which can be admired while relaxing on the adjoining balcony at the front of the house.

     The grand dining room provides open plan living with a large oak dining table and a comfortable relaxing sitting area featuring a large open fire place as a centre piece. English television, DVD player is available (with a selection of adult and children's material). A CD and cassette player with a selection of CD's. Also reading material: novels, French magazines, local events and leaflets for days out.
     The house has a fully integrated Kitchen with Dishwasher, microwave, large fridge freezer electric oven and gas hob.

Gagnac - Accommodation for 2-6  Plus 2 cots and a camp bed
      A private first floor garden terrace is provided with seating, table, loungers and barbeque. It is attached to the house and overlooks the river and surrounding countryside.

      Three spacious bedrooms: master with on suite shower room (access to rear terrace) and two twin rooms with a large family bathroom and extra toilet.
To enjoy the lot scenery the house also provides a large terrace area with outside dining  furniture, recliners and the use of a BBQ, this can be accessed from ground and first floor levels of the house.
     An integrated Garage and laundry room also provides private parking and washing facilities during your stay.
